REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
We want you to love your purchase. All items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return shipping
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns (item is unused and unopened but you simply changed your mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

3. How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at j.odejobi21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at j.odejobi21@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or missing refunds
